Is it illegal to make children listen to gospel music in the classroom?

I have a four year old that is enrolled in the Head Start program in Escambia County Florida. On Wednesday, December 12th I stopped by my son’s class room to have lunch with and read to his class. When I came into the class room the children were running in place for exercise as it was raining outside and they were unable to have recess. The music that they were running to was a gospel song with lyrics instructing the listener to “praise Jesus” and “worship God”. Is this a violation of the Separation of Church and State? The reason I ask this is because I know that pre-k is voluntary. It is a publicly funded head start program.
It’s not supported by a church. It’s a publicly funded program.

I would certainly make a formal complaint about it. Sounds like some Christian trying to push their agenda onto unwitting children.
